Application of the acupuncture patches:
Remove the acupuncture patch from the plastic backing and guide your index finger over the pain or acupuncture point. Apply with the adhesive surface facing down and press on.
Note: The skin area should be dry, clean and free of grease before applying the acupuncture patch.
