Application Description of Cross Tapes

• The cross tape is applied to known pain spots (ashi spots), acupuncture spots and muscle-trigger spots. Thus, it achieves a better blood circulation in the deeper layers of skin, muscles and ligaments.
• The different colours of the cross tapes play a secondary role in therapy and are often chosen correspondent to the respective kind of therapy. Blue acts cooling and calming. Pink acts stimulating and activating. Fawn acts neutral.

Important advice:

Before applying the cross tape, make sure the skin is dry and free from grease. Hair-growth should be removed or the patches will not achieve optimal adhesion to the skin.
