Cosmopor Steril is dressing material with a micro-mesh that won´t stick to wounds.
Cosmopor Steril by Hartmann is a self-adhesive wound dressing that utilizes hypoallergenic polyacrylat glue which is gentle on the skin. The bandage consists of soft non-woven material with a cotton wound containing a micro-mesh. It possesses strong absorptive capacity and allows for effective drainage of exudate.
