The Hartmann HydroTac® foam dressing provides optimal wound healing thanks to its wound-facing hydrogel layer and germ-impermeable polyurethane top film, which quickly absorbs excess wound exudate. The hydrogel layer supports moist wound environments, promoting granulation and epithelialization.

- Treatment of lightly to moderately exuding wounds from mid-granulation phase to complete wound closure
- Management of venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot syndrome, and pressure ulcers
- Treatment of burns up to Grade 2a
- Applicable after adequate hemostasis at split-thickness skin graft donor sites
- Decubitus ulcers on heels and elbows
