The water-resistant sports tape from Lifemed® is stabilizing and has a size of 3m x 3.8cm.
.Lifemed® sports tape supports a firm hold of joints, muscles and ligaments. It stabilizes and protects joints, muscles and ligaments from overuse and reduces the risk of injury. The water-resistant tape can be torn crosswise and lengthwise to the appropriate size and is particularly skin-friendly, as it is free of latex components.
Application of the sports tape
Wrap the Lifemed sports tape several times around the affected part of the body, tear it off the roll and fix it. Clean and dry the skin area before applying the tape.
Note: Apply the sports tape only so tightly that it is comfortable to wear. If tingling or numbness occurs, remove or rewrap the tape. Do not wear the tape while sleeping.
