They are characterized by their triple-facet lancet bevel at the tip. This makes the puncture during injection barely perceptible. The stainless material made of chrome-nickel steel, with a light silicone coating, further supports this gentleness.
The standard needles ensure precision during injection and a high level of application safety. They are used for intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intra-arterial injections. The different sizes are color-coded according to ISO 6009 for easier identification and are used for various solutions, such as viscous or aqueous solutions, large or small volumes, and for hand veins in pediatrics.
The delivery includes 100 Sterican® standard needles, individually sterile-packed in convenient packs of 5 needles.
